External Affairs Minister Jaishankar is on a five-day visit to Russia. S. arrived in Russia. Jaishankar met Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the Russian MFA Reception House. Meanwhile, bilateral issues were discussed between the two. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that relations between India and Russia are very strong and stable. Along with this he said that I think our two countries have settled on a special strategic partnership. We have met about six times in a year and this is the seventh meeting between me and my counterpart Lavrov. The top leadership of both the countries are constantly in touch with each other.

Living in Moscow is always pleasant: S.Jayshankar

In his address, Jaishankar said that we hope for a strong Russian participation in the Vibrant Gujarat meeting to be held in January. We will focus on our bilateral cooperation in many areas. Meanwhile, Jaishankar said that living in Moscow has always been pleasant. He also said that I agree with you that our relations have always been strong and stable.

Sharing a post on social media platform X, the Russian Foreign Ministry wrote that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met his counterpart in Moscow, Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar was welcomed after which bilateral talks began between the foreign ministers of the two countries. According to a post shared by Russia, the meeting between the two great countries will discuss the changing situations and demands in the world. Along with this, the international strategic situation, conflicts and tensions will be discussed.
