War Update| Hamas released 17 hostages, freeing 39 Palestinians in exchange, the cease-fire went ahead

Israel vs Hamas war | Under the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas, Hamas has also released another group of Israeli hostages (Israel Hostages Released). According to reports, 13 Israelis and 4 Thai nationals were among those released from Hamas custody.

Under an important agreement, these freed people were reunited with their families. The agreement was successful due to the mediation of Qatar and Egypt. Under this agreement some conditions are required to be followed by both the parties. Under which Israel has to release 150 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for 50 Israeli hostages.

Israeli hostages handed over to the Red Cross Committee

Television footage shows hostages from Egypt crossing the Rafah border after leaving Gaza. Hamas handed over the hostages to the International Committee of the Red Cross late on Saturday. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said six of the 13 Israelis freed were women and seven were children and teenagers.

Israel freed 39 Palestinians

Israel released a total of 39 Palestinian prisoners, including 33 minors, in exchange for hostages. A video of a bus taking him to West Bank town of Beituniya has been circulating on social media. It is worth mentioning that a ceasefire agreement has been reached between Israel and Hamas for four days.
