Although there has been a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, the tension between the two sides remains.

An Israeli billionaire's cargo ship was attacked by an Iranian drone on Friday morning. According to a US Defense Department official, the attack took place a few hours before the cease-fire in the Gaza Strip. A report about this was published by a Lebanese news channel and it was said that after the attack, the ship caught fire and the ship was also damaged. However, not a single crew member was killed.

According to the American official, the Maltese flag ship has been named Mayet in Tajer itself. It was hit by a drone and this drone was Iran's Shahid 136 drone. In which a warhead is fitted. The drone explodes as soon as it hits anything. This type of drone has also been supplied by Iran to Russia.

It is worth mentioning that earlier an Israeli ship was hijacked by Iran-backed Houthi rebels and this is the second incident of targeting an Israeli ship in a single week.
