Preparations are underway in New Delhi, the capital of India, for the G-20 summit. Perhaps for the first time in the history of India, the largest gathering of world leaders will be seen during this summit. Only Russian President Putin will not attend this meeting. In his place, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will attend. Mexico will be represented by Raquel Buenostro. She is the Finance Minister of Mexico.
