Preparation of impeachment against Moijju!
It is worth mentioning that, after Moijju's anti-India attitude, the opposition party and the pro-India MDP have now announced impeachment proceedings against Moijju and his government in Parliament. A proposal for this is likely to be presented in Parliament very soon. On the other hand, Moijju has appealed to the Supreme Court of the country to stop this action. The pro-Indian MDP i.e. Maldivian Democratic Party and its coalition have a majority in Parliament. Because of this, a situation can also arise where they can pass a no-confidence motion against Moijju.
