Prince Harry to get just £500 compensation in phone hacking case


Prince Harry filed a lawsuit against a British newspaper in the High Court in London, the hearing of which could be completed this week. This case is quite old and Prince Harry has presented many evidences for this case. However, according to the news agency's claim, the court may fine the media organization a maximum of 500 dollars for unofficially gathering information about Prince Harry in this case. This is the first time in over 130 years that a member of the Royal Family has had to testify in court.

What is the whole matter

Prince Harry is joined by 100 others who have sued a British newspaper alleging that their phones were illegally tapped and their personal information collected between 1991 and 2011. There are also allegations that the senior editors of the newspaper were aware of this and that the scam was going on with their approval.
